SPACOVER with increased rigid foam insulation

We start at the top with a thick cover 5 X 3", marine-grade vinyl covers contain high-density foam for maximum heat retention. The cover locks into place forming a protective seal to keep heat in and small children and weather out. Additionally, the spa water stays clean longer, reducing maintenance costs.

The floor and walls insulation

A thermal blanket is attached to the inside of the skirts/panels/surrond.Then we apply high-density urethane foam to the floor, thickness 20 cm where it is practically possible.

Perfect fitted Thermal PU foam

Next we install the prefect fitted panels of PU foam to the wall in tickness of aproximatley 10 cm. The high density urethane foam is pre moulded and made in perfectly fitted panels which easily can be removed and replaced when needed.

Finallay we add a 2 cm insulated Thermal blanket between the wall and spa shall. The result is a premium super protected air space for the plumbing and electrical equipment.

The heat from the motors is directed inward through the shell and into the water, decreasing heating costs. This form of insulation has proven itself over and over in the harsh climates of Northern Europe and other harsh climates around the world.
