IQUE Guarantee Registration Form |
IQUE Hot Tubs requires that the hot tub guarantee be registered in the name of the original hot tub owner in order to process any guarantee claims. Should IQUE Hot Tubs not have a record of the tub guarantee, all claims submitted to IQUE will be returned to the dealer.

The Guarantee is coming into force from the date of the purschase, not the date of delivery.
The guarantee is only valid if this form is registered within 14 days after the installation.
The Guarantee shall be registered by the end consumer or dealer. All information above must complete.
The registration can be done on our website www.iquehottubs.com or this form can be send to the Distributor/Dealer from where the purchase was made by email or standard mail.
The Distributor then forwards it to Ique Hot Tubs. service@iquehottubs.com or register it on the web site.
This form can also be translated into other language if needed by the distributor and without any changes in the written content.
